Processing Polices
*FIBER PROCESSING PRICES BASED ON INCOMING WEIGHT*
A deposit of 50% is due at the time of drop off.
Payment in full is due in full before fiber is shipped or upon pickup.
A fee of 10% will be added 30 days after the final bill is issued.
After 60 days the fiber will become the property of Alpaca Pines LLC.
Your deposit is nonrefundable. The only exception to this would be if your fiber does not meet the standards of the mill. Deposits will go towards your complete balance due.
When fiber is dropped off or mailed in, you as a client of Moe Acres, LLC agree to these terms.
All fiber is washed, no matter what. This insures it is clean for our machines.
If you would like to have your fiber blended, you are responsible for getting the material to us and indicating that on your order form.
You are in control of the outcome of the fiber, please keep this in mind when skirting and sorting your fleeces.
Please complete an order form for each bag of fleece
